Our Philosophy
Founded in 2021 by Claudia Palmira, Clù is a an artistic brand presenting luxury items on bespoke materials. Transcending the everyday, adding sparkle to the ordinary, is the philosophy of Clù.
Each work expresses the artist’s joyful vision in luminous color, brushwork and style.
About our Work
Our silk scarves are more than a luxury accessory, but a swish of meaning, a piece of the soul draped like a mantra, a reminder of beauty and joy with each touch. We believe in generosity, passing on beauty through gift-giving, through luxury that is attainable. The quality of our silk, the reflection of glass, the lacquer of melamine all provide an experience of quality and durability that when combined with beauty, add the transcendent to the every day.

Claudia Palmira
Founder of Clù, Claudia Palmira is an artist and designer renowned for her ability to create innovative beauty through harmonizing elements in imagery. Her creative vision is inspired by the desire to express an outlook of sparkle, elegance and joy.
Her art and design studio is based in Rome, with locations in Greenwich, CT and Palm Beach, FL.
From Sketch to Silk
About the Process
Most of Clù's designs begin with a sketch or ink drawing by Claudia Palmira. Each line is created by her hand, and is then transferred to the material for testing and printing.
After finalizing the art & design, the piece is specifically created for you and sourced from our ethical producers.
The works here are singularly ordered and returned to Rome for finishing touches. Made to order, these are not mass produced, but rather, are bespoke works created in limited numbers.
All items pass through the Clù Studio in Rome, Italy for quality inspection and the artist's final signature. In this way, we assure the artistic integrity of each piece.

About the Name
What is "Clù" ?
"When I first moved to Rome from New York, I knew only a few people. Replicating the kinds of familiar camaraderie I had in New York didn’t happen immediately.
So, one day when my friend greeted me, “Ciao, Clù!” I realized I had finally formed friendship where I could be called by a nickname. Since then, I’ve also been called “Clà”. But the original nickname will always be my favorite, and why I chose it for my line of Art as Objects.
I also love that the name contains part of my son’s name, Ludovico."
